Program Expectations

ProspectForge Expectations

Meaningful relationships only work when everyone understands what is expected from the start. Here is what that looks like inside ProspectForge.

The Foundation

Built on Consistency and Long-Term Thinking

At the center of ProspectForge is the belief that meaningful relationships only work when everyone shows up consistently and understands the expectations from the start. This program is built around weekly one on one meetings, regular check ins with our team, and staying connected through the ProspectForge app, which is where the broader community lives. More than anything, we ask both mentors and mentees to approach this with a long term mindset. The goal is to build relationships and a network that continues long after the formal timeline is over.

Mentor Expectations

As a mentor, you have built something substantial and are choosing to use that experience to open the door for the next generation. You are responsible for showing how you run your business in its entirety to your mentee. You are essentially compressing decades of experience to give your mentee access to the lessons that took you years to learn on your own. That means being open about how you make decisions, how you manage your team, what has worked, what has not, and how you think through challenges as they come up.

Our goal is for your mentee to become a proactive asset who understands how the business actually functions. By the end of the experience, they should be able to see the full picture of how you operate and be capable of contributing in a meaningful way, whether that leads to a role within your company or gives them the foundation to build something of their own.

This is meant to be a long term relationship and a genuine two way exchange. Your mentee brings a perspective on new tools, AI, and emerging ways of working that can add real value to your organization. The time commitment is real, but the upside for both sides far outweighs the effort, and the impact of this kind of relationship compounds greatly over time.

Mentee Expectations

As a mentee, you are stepping into an environment designed to accelerate your learning. You will often be the youngest and least experienced person in the room, but that is an opportunity to grow quickly and take on responsibility earlier than you would in a traditional role. You are there to build skills and confidence in spaces where others may have more experience and ultimately earn trust through consistency.

Your mentor is one resource, but your fellow mentees are another. Use the community, share what you are learning, and learn from each other. You will be compensated between $55 to $70k to work on real business problems, which comes with professional expectations.

The effort you put into this experience will shape what you are able to do next. The workload is meaningful, and so is the access, the experience, and the network you are building. If you engage fully, the return will continue long after this experience ends.
